The XR works via a touch interface, so the adapter is easy to cover for hygienic purposes. Several different settings are displayed on the screen: volts, amps, duty cycle. You can also record your timed session with a watch.<br \/>\nThe XR can store up to 6 different settings, making it easy to switch between tattoo machines or between line and shading. Unlike previous Critical power supplies, the XR housing is made of aluminum. You can operate the Critical XR with or without a pedal.
