Znotraj konice igle je kapilara z rezervoarjem. Med polnjenjem kapilarne kartuše absorbirajo več črnila kot običajne kartuše. Rezultat je do 10-krat daljši pretok črnila, preden iglo za tattoo potopite v pokrov črnila. Izboljšano vodenje igle omogoča izjemno natančno delo v katero koli smer. Kapilarne kartuše zagotavljajo enakomerno porazdelitev črnila na vseh posameznih iglah, tudi v velikih konfiguracijah magnuma. Posledično se površine polnijo dosledno, zanesljivo in predvsem hitreje, kar pomeni manj travme za tetovirano kožo. Igle so sterilno pakirane in namenjene za enkratno uporabo.
