TERMS OF BUSINESS
1. General conditions
The order binds the company NJCC doo and the customer.
2. ORDERING
We accept orders in the CARANTANIA TATTOO online store, post office and e-mail: info@carantaniatattoo.com. A written order form for companies must contain: company name, exact delivery address, contact person, tax number, social security number, telephone number. The purchase order has the status of a contract for the buyer and the seller.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order will be stored on paper and in electronic form at the headquarters of NJCC doo.
4. PRICES
Prices are in EUR and are valid from January 1, 2017 until the price list is changed or until stocks are sold out. All prices include 22% VAT. Prices do not include delivery. The delivery price depends on the delivery service. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice due to exchange rate changes, technical improvements or changes to items. Delivery is free for all orders over EUR 100.00
5. METHOD OF PAYMENT
Legal or natural persons can pay for the ordered goods by pre-invoice or cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods (with cash or payment cards accepted by Pošta Slovenije and/or GLS courier delivery). It is also possible to pay via Paypal account.
If you choose to pay by invoice, it must be settled within three days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
6. DELIVERY
All orders placed before 12 noon will be sent to you by parcel delivery of GLS Slovenia or Pošta Slovenije on the same working day, or if it is different, we will notify you by e-mail or by phone.
7. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
You are entitled to make a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVP), which determines the procedures for filing complaints on products or services.

8. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE ORDER
You can withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. If you have already received the goods, you must notify us in writing of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging with no signs of an attempt to open them, and unused goods in UNCHANGED quantities (apparatus, instructions, associated parts, packaging, etc.), unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity is reduced without being it's the buyer's fault. You must attach a copy of the invoice. The company NJCC doo returns the purchase price no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The cost charged to the consumer upon withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods, the cost of packaging and delivery by the provider, and the cost of the bank transaction resulting from the refund of the purchase price. The buyer loses the possibility of withdrawing from the order due to a defect in the item, if he cannot return the item or cannot return it in the condition in which he received it.
NOT ACCEPTING PACKAGES:
If you do not pick up the package, without written notice of withdrawal from the contract at info@carantaniatattoo.com., we will be forced to charge you the cost of shipping and returning the package.
9. DATA PROTECTION
NJCC doo undertakes to protect all personal data. These will be used exclusively for sending informational material, offers, invoices and other necessary communication. We will not pass your data on to a third party under any circumstances.
10. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty card is valid for products that are purchased on the basis of the attached invoice, and the date of sale is the date on the invoice. The warranty is claimed with an invoice or a copy and a certified warranty card. In the case of products with a warranty period, it is specially marked. The warranty does not apply to interventions that are the result of consumer use!
The warranty is enforced at the authorized service center listed on the warranty card. All defects, as a result of a defect in the material or in the assembly or so-called "material defects" that occur during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.

11. OTHER TERMS
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on late payment in accordance with the Act on late payment interest rates and to charge reminder and collection costs. For other rights and obligations, valid legal provisions apply. All disputes will be resolved amicably by the parties. If we could not reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved by a competent court.
