GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS

The general operating conditions of the Larome online store are drawn up in accordance with legal obligations and international guidelines for e-business, which are also represented by the Consumers' Association of Slovenia, and determine the operation of the Larome online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the Larome online store and to buyers.

PAYMENT METHODS and DELIVERY COST

When ordering a product up to 30 euros, the buyer pays the postage in the amount of 3.50 euros per shipment. We pay the postage for purchases over 30.00 euros. By placing an order through the website, you agree that you are a NATURAL person and that you are purchasing products for personal use.

 All prices are expressed in EUR and are final prices. 22% VAT is included in the product price.

The store allows the provider the following payment methods:

1. PAYMENT CARD

Payment by payment or credit card (e.g. Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa) is immediate upon completion of the order. We make payments through the Stripe system

  1. CASH

Payment in cash is made on our behalf by the delivery service of Pošta Slovenije upon delivery of the shipment. The cost of the cash payment service is charged an additional 2 euros due to the service costs of Pošta Slovenije.

  1. ESTATE CALCULATION

Payment by invoice is possible after receipt of the invoice to your e-mail. After receiving the transfer to our TRR, your order will be shipped.

Paying through our payment system is safe, as it meets security standards.

 

DELIVERY TIME

In the online store, we do our best to ensure that the items ordered in the Larome online store reach our customers as quickly as possible. If only these are in stock, they will be sent on the same day, which means that you will receive them at home within 1-2 working days. Delivery for the Larome online store is carried out by Pošta Slovenije, which means that the ordered products are delivered by the postman to the recipient's address, which you specified when ordering. As a rule, deliveries are made in the morning hours. In the event that you cannot accept the package, the postman will leave you a note with which you can pick up the package later at the nearest Post Office of Slovenia.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE PURCHASE / RETURN OF THE PRODUCT / COMPLAINT

After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing. The contract for the purchase of products between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage. The provider can contact the customer to check the data, the ambiguity of the order or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the order or from the distance contract without having to give a reason for his decision. In this case, the buyer must notify us of the intention to return the product as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 days, to our email address info@larome.si, and we will provide you with return instructions.

Within 14 days of the written message, the buyer must return the goods undamaged, in the original packaging, in the same quantity and with the attached invoice. The purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract, or no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product. The cost of delivery, which was charged at the time of purchase, is not included in the refund. The costs associated with the return of goods are borne by the user. 

Your purchase is practically risk-free. Complaints and returns are very rare, but sometimes it just happens that a product does not fit. Exceptionally, by agreement, it is possible to exchange the product or refund the purchase price even if you have already used the product, but it does not respond to you within 60 days after the purchase. However, in this case, no more than 5% should be missing from the total amount of the product.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we deal with each return or complaint individually and at the same time strive to resolve any disputes amicably.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA


Potisk doo collects and processes the following personal data in the Larome online store: name, surname, address, GSM and email address. The specified personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of execution and delivery of online orders, solving potential problems before and after completed online purchases, analyzing and studying shopping habits and implementing targeted marketing. In order to prevent unauthorized access to the obtained data or its disclosure, to maintain the accuracy of personal data and to ensure their appropriate use, we use appropriate technical and organizational procedures to secure the data we collect. The user of the online store can at any time request the controller of personal data to stop processing the above data. We use analytics.
